How has swimming helped you grow in high school in and out of the pool?: Swimming has taught me that progress and achievement come through hard work and dedication. Balancing a rigorous academic course load as a scholar athlete has helped to further improve my time management skills. While swimming has brought numerous friendships into my life, I have also greatly enjoyed giving back to the sport of swimming by coaching and mentoring young swimmers in the Irvine Swim League over the past two summers. |
