Best NHS Swim Team Moment: My favorite memory of 2017 is seeing our girls swim team place second at the Pacific Coast League Championships. I also had a wonderful memory at this year's team beach bonfire in Corona Del Mar. |

How has swimming helped you grow in high school in and out of the pool?: For me, there is no better feeling than accomplishing a goal that I've worked on tirelessly no matter if it's swimming or water polo. Being able to complete a workout by Coach Alex or Coach Kyle that I thought would be too difficult, and achieving it has given me real positive energy. Since swimming, water polo, and school in combination seems to shorten my days I've learned to do a time inventory of each day and manage my time effectively. |
