Best NHS Swim Team Moment: Just being part of the high school team is general is something that I've been looking forward to for many years. I especially love the bond I'm forming with my teammates, and I have the most fun cheering on our relay teams. |

How has swimming helped you grow in high school in and out of the pool?: Swimming taught me discipline and good time management skills from a young age. I often had to miss social events with friends to attend practices and meets, but I've learned the value of sacrifice and hard work. Swimming has helped me achieve in other areas such as school and the performing arts.. |
